Introduction

Gynecomastia is a medical condition observed in men, which is also known as man boobs. In this condition, the male breast tissue gets enlarged due to various reasons, particularly storage of excess fat layers on the pectoral muscles and hormonal imbalance.

So, quit all the soy products such as soy milk, tofu, soy chips, soy chunks, soybeans and other snacks prepared from the same. Even though the soy milk industry promotes these products as healthy and fortified sources of calcium, it is advisable to far from them.

Organic milk can still be a better option. But random milk products are mixed with hormones that contain cow’s hormones.
